Side Lateral Raise



1. decide some of dumbbells and stand with a straight torso and therefore the dumbbells by your aspect at arms length with the palms of the hand facing you. this can be your beginning position.

2. whereas maintaining the torso in a very stationary position (no swinging), elevate the dumbbells to your aspect with a small bend on the elbow and therefore the hands slightly tilted forward as if pouring water in a very glass. still go up till you arms are parallel to the ground. Exhale as you execute this movement and pause for a second at the highest.

 3. Lower the dumbbells backtrack slowly to the beginning position as you inhale.

4. Repeat for the suggested quantity of repetitions.

Variation: This exercise also can be performed sitting down.
