Delicious Chinese Chicken Fried Rice recipe is best for
lunch or dinner. This one dish would be sufficient for enjoying your meal with

Ingredients
- Chicken ½ kg (cooked cubes)
- Oil ½ tbsp
- Onion 1 (chopped)
- Soy sauce 6 tbsp
- Carrot 2 (large, diced)
- Coriander leaves ½ cup (chopped)
- Red bell pepper 1 (large, diced)
- Fresh pea ¾ cup
- Green bell pepper ½ (large, diced)
- White rice 3 Cup (boiled)
- Eggs 2
Cooking Directions
1. In
a pan heat oil. Add onion and saute until soft.
2. Then
add chicken and 2 tbsp soy sauce and stir fry for 5 to 6 minutes.
3. Stir
in carrots, coriander leaves, red bell pepper, peas and green bell pepper and
stir fry another 5 minutes.
4. Then
add rice and stir thoroughly.
5. Finally,
stir in scrambled eggs and leftover soy sauce, heat through and serve hot.
