Become skilled at making beef undercut in Chinese manner. It is an

Ingredients
- Undercut whole 1 kg
- Aniseed flowers 3
- Cinnamon 3 sticks
- Dark soy sauce 1 cup
- White pepper powder 1 tsp
- Red food color 1 pinch
- Chinese salt ½ tsp
- Oil 1 cup
Directions
- Boil undercut with ½ jug water, aniseed flowers, cinnamon, soy sauce, Chinese salt, white pepper and food color in a pot until meat is tender.
- Remove meat, heat oil in a wok, fry undercut from both sides.
- Cut delicious undercut in thin slices and serve.
