Maintaining a reasonable body weight, always within the optimum body mass index between 18.5 and 25 kg/m2.

Conduct regular exercise.

Close the snuff and alcohol, in any form.

The most common types of cancer in Spain are: prostate, lung, colorectal, bladder and stomach. If we look at sex, prostate and lung are the most numerous diagnoses in men, and breast and colorectal cancer in women.
