What do you consume for this flawless skin?
I drink lots of water. I also have coconut water twice a day. In my diet, I have a basin of curd and one Amla every day. I consume everything from vegetables to non-veg but in moderation. You should never starve or deprive yourself but furthermore have command to stop before you stuff yourself too much.
Do you accept as true in skin treatments or favour natural remedies?I do got out to spa for clean up but that's it. I favour dwelling remedies any day. I use tomato paste on my face after eliminating the seeds. I put malai on face and subsequent take vapour. I also use dehydrated dust of orange peel and blend it with milk and request on my face for a blaze. Milk and increased water combination furthermore assists for a chilling effect.
What is your usual skin care routine? How often do you cleanse your skin, moisturize, etc?
I clean my face every day in the morning with increased water. In the night, I remove my make up with coconut oil. I wash my face methodically and in the end, I put lactocalemine (water based). I don't use lather on my face. I use only face clean of Clean &Clear and Johnson & Johnson. I get a clean up done one time in fifteen days. I use Bath & Body moisturizer.
Do you do normal facials, cleanups or spa treatments to pamper your skin?
I don't do any facials as before 35 years of age, facials are just not needed. I only proceed for clean ups. I proceed to a spa one time a month for full body massage which is relaxing.
